Gera develops next-generation genomic and analytical solutions that elevate modern science and enable a truly personalized approach to health.
Our mission is to create technologies that improve the well-being of every individual — and humanity as a whole.
Technology That Advances Human Health
History
Founded in 2022, Gera emerged in a transformative period for the scientific landscape.
By building an innovative, fast-growing technology company, we strengthen national scientific capability, reinforce technological independence, and support strategic development goals.
01
Mission
Gera’s mission is to build a future without disease. Prevention starts with one precise step — DNA identification.
This is the foundation of a genetic passport: an early-warning system that reveals predispositions long before symptoms appear.
02
What We Do
We supply enterprises, government institutions, and research organizations with world-class scientific products and create new technologies aligned with national priorities and global scientific standards.
We advance technological independence through real, measurable solutions.
Our projects support science, society, and the long-term development of global healthcare.
Turning Vision Into Action
Import Substitution & Scientific Support
Gera restored and expanded access to critical laboratory equipment by establishing reliable supply chains with international partners. This enabled dozens of laboratories to resume work and maintain scientific programs across the country.
The first private Shared Research Center for genetic and analytical technologies. Provides scientists with free access to cutting-edge equipment, lowering research barriers and strengthening scientific collaboration.
A hands-on genetics education program for students aged 15–17. We cultivate scientific curiosity and develop the next generation of researchers and engineers.
A nationwide service infrastructure delivering installation, training, and continuous technical support. Our engineers ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Gera applies a dual-track approach: • technology transfer from leading global partners • creation of a proprietary research center within the Lomonosov Cluster (MSU)
This model accelerates the deployment of advanced technologies and supports the development of domestic solutions.
Training & Adaptation Center
A specialized center built on an innovative quality management system. It develops operating standards, trains specialists, and supports laboratories transitioning to new technologies.
Disease Prevention Center
A national-level initiative aimed at early identification of disease risks. The center promotes accessibility of genetic testing and integrates prevention into everyday health culture.
Ethics & Philosophy Laboratory
A platform where scientists and thinkers explore: • ethical boundaries of human intervention in nature • responsible use of genetic technologies • the cultural implications of scientific progress The goal is to build a human-centered ethical framework for technological development.
